Matt and Molly, residents of a Cheltenham town center terraced house, sought to transform their dusty and damp basement into a versatile space with utility, storage, and an office. The basement had an existing eight-foot-high ceiling and electricity, making it a suitable canvas for the project.

The Project

Guardian Waterproofing took on the challenge, creating a multi-functional space for utility, storage, and an office by installing a full waterproofing system. To meet the clients’ needs for a multifunctional space, we installed a full cavity drain membrane waterproofing system, including a pumping station for waste water management in the utility room. Through close collaboration with Matt and Molly, we incorporated their design preferences and finishing touches, delivering a space that not only addressed challenges but also exceeded expectations in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
