About Guardian Waterproofing
Guardian Waterproofing emerged from our established residential firm, Guardian Preservation, which was founded in 1977. With decades of experience in specialist property care, we naturally expanded from property preservation to encompass structural waterproofing. Situated in Cheltenham, our reach extends across the entirety of the UK, where we deliver top-notch structural waterproofing, basement protection, and damp control solutions tailored for commercial properties.
Our Awards
Our innovative basement and structural waterproofing work has been highly commended by the Property Care Association, who singled us out for developing a complex and advanced solution for Weirside Mill in Bradford-on-Avon, and we have previously been awarded the prestigious Innovation of the Year award. Meet The Team
TIM
Tim has been with Guardian as man and boy. Starting out as a labourer during the summer holidays – followed by a brief stint abroad – he soon began to climb the Guardian ladder.
Hannah
Hannah joined us in 2013, becoming a Director three years later. Leveraging her background in Business Development Management, she introduced practices that have significantly benefited our operations.
Rich
Rich is a breath of fresh air to Guardian. Formerly a Teacher, Rich was instrumental in Educational bids and tenders. He is processed-led, hungry to learn and qualified as a CSSW Surveyor in record speed! Rich knows just about everyone in the County!
Amber
Amber is the core of Guardian. She is dynamic and strategically driven. She keeps the business and all of the employees in order (including the office dog!) and is a great communicator with our clients. Amber will be one of the first people you deal with at Guardian.
