Guardian Carries Out Full Basement Conversion in Cheltenham

Guardian Waterproofing carries out full basement conversion at a property in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham

The Guardian team recently carried out a full basement conversion at a property in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.

To make the space watertight, we stripped out the old plasterwork and flooring, installed waterproofing works including channels, sump/pump station and cavity drain membrane, and installed discharge pipework outside to storm water drainage.

We then installed insulated stud work to the external walls, new plasterwork to the internal walls, chipboard flooring, utility units and worktops, and doors and door linings to create cupboard and utility space.

We’re pleased to report that our client is delighted with the outcome:

“Thank you to Guardian for the basement waterproofing that was carried out. We are very pleased with the results and thought that your staff did a great job whilst they were here and were no trouble at all. We’d be very happy to recommend Guardian to others.”
