About The Role

Guardian Waterproofing install structural waterproofing, basement waterproofing and damp control solutions for commercial and residential properties.

We are looking for skilled individuals to add to our team of Basement Waterproofing Operatives as we continue to grow our business. No two days are the same at Guardian and there is opportunity for growth and development as the company continues to expand.

Job Purpose

As a Basement Waterproofing Operative your role will include:

  • Structural waterproofing, basement conversions and damp proofing
  • Applying external waterproofing membranes
  • Spray applying liquid waterproofing membranes
  • Installing cavity drain membrane systems
  • Installing bespoke pumping stations
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are always complied with
  • Ensuring clients premises are left secure, clean and tidy at the end of each working day
  • Assist with various tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Pay rate is commensurate with skill level and previous experience.
