When Housestyle Countrywide Ltd were granted planning permission to undertake the development of The Limes, they soon realised that due to the proximity of the adjacent properties, a large basement would be necessary to maximise space.
It was constructed with secant piling and a ground-bearing concrete slab to house a large car park, dry storage areas and plant rooms. We were approached by the architects, Richie & Richie LLP from the very first instance to provide a system that would comply with both BS.
