Guardian Preservation Services LLP is a fast growing, award winning family run business with over 35 years’ experience specialising in property preservation and new build basement waterproofing & conversions in both the residential and commercial sector. We have seen record growth over the last few years and are now looking for a Plasterer to join our expanding team.

Job Purpose
To constantly provide an excellent standard of work, a professional, efficient and courteous service to clients and maintain the company’s reputation at all times.
As a Plasterer your role will include working in:-
• Cellar & basement conversions
• Damp proofing and timber treatment – Dry Rot, Woodworm
• Structural waterproofing and repairs
As a Plasterer you will be:-
• Team player
• Self-starter
• Good communicator
• Able to plan own work
• Enthusiastic, motivated with a positive attitude
• CSCS card holder
• Honest, reliable and punctual
• Clean and tidy in appearance
• Willing to undertake ongoing training
• Able to travel and work away from home when necessary
• Experience of working in the Preservation Industry would be an advantage but full training will be provided

Pay rate is commensurate with skill level and previous experience.
