Guardian Returns to Marble Arch to Complete Basement Waterproofing Project

Guardian Waterproofing appointed to carry out basement waterproofing at Marble Arch.

Guardian Waterproofing is pleased to return to Marble Arch in the heart of London’s West End to complete phase 3 of the basement waterproofing for the rebuild of 1-4 Marble Arch Place. The £55m rebuild commenced in 2019 following a complete demolition to create modern retail and office space.

It was a pleasure to work with Galliford Try again following the extensive basement waterproofing project we completed for them at 1-9 Seymour Street, London in 2018 to prevent water ingress throughout the life of the newly developed mixed-use building.
